Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional refractory brick masonry permanent layer, such as the existence of great safety hazards and short service life, Baoyi Refractories researched and developed a series of intelligent permanent layer prefabricated products, realizing real-time monitoring of the temperature of the permanent layer and quantitative analysis of the melt loss, and presided over and drafted China's first standard for the permanent layer of the intelligent main trench of the blast furnace (appraised to be at the international advanced level), which was recognized as the "domestic products to fill up the short board in the key areas".
